The Funding Store in Saratoga, NY was an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of professionalism was truly refreshing in comparison to other mortgaging businesses that I have explored. Gardner Cummings was able to complete the mortgage process in record time AND able to come through with some incredible savings for me. All this with a somewhat less than ideal credit score-I was truly impressed. My recommendation for The Funding Store would be a positive one-for those that have some great credit numbers as well as those that may have had some struggles in the past. Gardner understood that and was not put off by the challenge. Need a mortgage? He is the one to contact first and save yourself a lot of headaches.
