I just refinanced with Faith Watkins, of Guild Mortgage Company, and she is awesome. She worked her buns off for us even given our not so stellar financial situation, and went above and beyond for us with her persistent communications with the underwriters. She was more than patient with us, and gave us a clear set of priorities to work on so that we would easily qualify for our refinance. Once she gave us the thumbs up, she made the process go so smoothly. She checked in with us often, always with her cheerful messages. Faith obviously loves what she does, and knows how to do it well. Now we have a new 30 year loan at a great rate, a lower monthly mortgage payment, no more mortgage insurance to pay, and an extra $10,000 to spend on some home improvements! I would recommend her without reservation.
