I understand getting a loan is a tough process, but I feel that if we were to go with another lending company we would be in a home. Centennial-Lending made my fiancee and I feel that the house was going to be ours, but after several submissions to the underwriter, in the end, we were not approved just 5 days before closing! After asking if they could accept more documentation to help the process, in their eyes not being approved means we are finished here. I hope this review helps because I should have listened to the other reviews on here before going with Centennial-Leading and gone somewhere else. Also, as stated I was from another review, I was also charged $495!

Maria was very helpful with al of the required paperwork and with all of the delays we experienced with the builder. We closed 80 days after the original close date due to delays from builder. She was always on top of every aspect of the mortgage application. When we got down to the final days she helped insure that the appraiser was on standby while the city of firestone went out to the home to issue the CO and complete the final inspection. Due to the delays we were rushed to close due to pending wedding of our daughter 2 days after closing. I would highly recommend this lender, quick apporval and 5 star service

Horrible Loan experience. I selected a fix rate loan, and for the first two years my monthly payment varied a few dollars each month. Annually, my escrow account was "short," and increased my payment appx $100. After 7 years with Centennial lending they raised my payment $308. When I signed for the fixed rate loan 8 years ago my payment was $735. When I sold my house a few months ago my monthly payment was up to $910. I sold my house because of my experience with this company. STAY AWAY FROM CENTINNEAL LENDING.
