My husband and I closed on a townhome in Johns Creek about a year ago. The process to find insurance was effortless with our local State Farm agent - Jerry and we were very happy to be insured. As most folks do - we chose to let our mortgage bank pay our insurance through an escrow account – and then gave it little or no thought. When we received this year’s bill from State Farm – I filed it assuming our mortgage bank would be paying it – not anything that I would have to do or worry about. What could possibly go wrong? Well – then I received an email from Anna at our local State Farm office – letting me know that they had not received payment for our bill. So I checked my mortgage statement and saw that the payment had gone out about a month ago. I sent Anna an email and told her the date the payment went out and that it had our State Farm account number on it – so I thought all would be fine once they found the check. I could go on and on – but apparently – the check from my bank got lost and we were told a second one went out – overnight – and that Anna – again should be on the lookout for the check. Well – that second check actually went out regular mail by mistake. At this point in time our State Farm Insurance Policy was ready to be cancelled. During this entire process – Anna – kept in touch with me every few days looking for the check from our mortgage bank. I was going to pay the bill myself before we were cancelled, but my bank said it would mess up our escrow account. Since they had so much trouble just paying this bill – I guessed that this statement must be correct. So the bottom line is – Anna went above and beyond what a normal Customer Service Agent would do throughout the entire process. She was totally on top of everything! She ended up getting us an extension for payment for at least 2 weeks – so that I did not personally have to pay our bill – and that they could wait for the check from our mortgage bank. The check did eventually show up to pay our bill. It’s not every day that someone surprises you by doing so much more than you ever expected – and that is what happened dealing with Anna from our local State Farm office. Her example of great customer service is why we plan to be insured with State Farm for quite some time to come!

If you have a teen driver you can’t beat State Farm. My son just turned 17 and is driving to Milton High School (I pray every day). State Farm was able to get him a Good Student Discount, a Defensive Driving Discount and a Steer Clear Discount. Bottom line is that we are saving huge money on our auto insurance over what I was paying with my other carrier. Give them a chance… you won’t be sorry.

Jon Jones has been a great help to me with all my insurance needs. When you combine home owners, auto, coverage for the office buildingthe savings enabled us when he helped me setup a 529 plan for my grand daughter. We are continue to get good service and best of all we saved a ton of money.
