For over a year I have been working with Brian and his AWESOME staff! They are truly the most knowledgable and helpful group! I have always gotten great service! Whenever I call, it is great to talk to a live person right away. I especially appreciate Patrice who so graciously helped me set up my pocket agent and Keith who takes an extra step to explain things whenever I have questions! Brian is also such a wonderful person to work with because he listens and finds the best solutions for our needs. Thank you all! You are such a tremendous group!

My family and I recently moved to Minnesota and were in need of car insurance. My mother referred me to Brian Youmans. The agents and receptionist were helpful and extremely nice. Keith, the insurance angent that helped me, was patient and kind. I had my two busy toddlers with me and he still took his time to go over my policies with me even while trying to entertain my children. I would definitely recommend this office along with Keith to anyone in need of a world class customer service experience along with great insurance coverage.
