Staff was not knowledgable about credit reports and information regarding transfers. Unwilling to work with you. Manager was unprofessional and Condecending. We felt like numbers, like you do at a big bank, which is why we were trying for a credit union. We will be staying at our current location on the east coast, and just do online banking. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

We were told that a 680 would get us an account. Never ever heard of credit requirements that high. I called corporate and they said as long as are in good standing with other banking institutions you could join with no problem.

I switched from Wells Fargo to Bellco, and I would never go back. Way less fees, much nicer staff, better waiting areas, and they even re-financed my car loan at half of what WF would. Bravo!

I just wanted to ask if their coin star was replaced, impossible to get to a human. Hate their automated phone system. Looking around for another bank where I can talk to someone.

I was here around 11:00am and wait for a banker I give up after 50 minutes super frustrated and other people wait it for over an hour poor costumer service (disappointed)
