After depositing a legally endorsed check, this branch first deposited the money in my account, only to reject it five days later, and then reverse all the funds out of my account. Now, over 10 day later, my check is lost, my account is overdrawn and my credit is on the verge of ruins. They tell me is, "It is [my] fault and they do not know where the money is." This is a reprehensible organization that takes no responsibility for their mistakes--it is immoral to screw people this way!

Very poor customer service...I cashed my check here Friday n gave my pay stub for direct access to my funds n was only made available 200 dollars come Monday funds still on hold called n the lady was rude told me I had to wait until Tuesday and hung up on me very disrespectful and disappointed

Love this credit union only 1 problem, I have direct deposit and if my deposit hits on Friday they hold my pay until Monday. Not exactly happy about that one but ok.
