My husband and I hired Chad, to help repair our credit. We paid the in advance, instead of doing in payments. The started the process, we sent them our copies if our credut report, and they disputed everything. Even , the good stuff. Then 6 months later when pulling our credit report, it showed all these disputes, and looked a mess and more horrible. Because, who would denie that nany bills they made. It made us look worse not better, we may have gained a few points, not any to make it look worth it. Like 10pts. Then Chad pass the job to karen. They sent us a one paragraph fico score info, on a form they send everyone. They told us to wait fir our new credit reports.Then they forgot about us, I gave them extra time, and still never heard from them. A year later, the never contacted us, the never gave us a file review, education, tell us what else we need to do. We got a secured credit card before we hired them. Its a rip off. They arent even licensed. Use credit Karma ( free), and your bank to fix your credit. They refused to give me a partail refund, until I would agree to retract my BBB review. Then hired a lawyer and tried to say they refund my money only if i retract my reviews. And blamed my being sick, fir the resason i asked fir my

I started with A Plus Credit Repair six months ago and in the first month I started getting results. The price they charge is very reasonable and well worth every penny. The staff is amazing and answer all your questions in a timely manner. Every time I asked for an update I got it without an hassle. My score increased 126 points within a six month period! I wish I would have known about them earlier because I would have started a long time ago. I could not even apply for a mortgage when I first started with them because my credit was so low, but now I can! I was so excited. My husband and I needed to get our credit score up to get a home loan. I was referred to Chad by a friend who was currently using him to get her score up. I contacted him and he did all the work from there. It has been approx. 5 months since my first contact with Chad and our scores are up and we are starting the paperwork for our home loan.
