Spontaneously cancelled our ATM card associated with our savings account. Even though we had verified earlier THE SAME DAY that our old ATM card for savings would stay active after opening a new checking account. Discovered at 10:00 p.m., again THE SAME DAY, 12 hours before a major appointment, that the ATM card was indeed "inactive". I am unable to express the level of inconvenience this has caused us. It is important to note that we have had this savings account and subsequently the card for almost ten years.

Been a member before the last two name changes. They are good at what they do. I have had other accounts at banks . And got my ID hacked ended up in court because the bank still wanted there late fees. Even if the bills were not mine

I LOVE THE INTEREST RATE BUT I HATE THE FACT THAT THEY STOPPED TAKING PAYMENTS WITH CARD OVER THE PHONE I REALLY DO. I MEAN IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!
