I applied for a loan and although I have great credit and a low debt to income ratio I was told that my previous history was not good enough for a "luxury" item such as an RV. When I called to see if there had been a mistake because I know that I have never had difficulties getting auto or personal loans before, they said that a credit history less than so many years was not considered. I am 31, how many years of credit history could I possibly have?! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I think that unless you are buying a very cheap camper or already retired with years and years of history of buying "luxury items" you are wasting your time with trying to get anything accomplished here.

Took 3 days to get back to me on a rate, other banks were same day. Their phone just rings, nobody answers. They had the lowest (5.54%) rate but the $200 doc fee actually would have resulted in the total cost of the load being higher than other banks. Brought this up with Elizabeth & she told me she couldnt offer me anything else and would cancel my loan approval. I didnt ask her to cancel it she just took that liberty. To sum it up - rude, unavailable, and the "loan doc fee" is a deceitful tactic
