Horrible finance place. After they ran my card with out my consent they still didn’t turn my car on they shut it off. Customer service is ridiculous! They need to fire whole staff and actually get better people. Starting from manager all the way down in that place. I will not let this get away I’m looking to file law suit against this place very unprofessional and rude. You can’t just run people’s cars after they said they don’t have funds!

They are not an ethical business. I had bad credit and they stuck me with a 36% interest rate. I went to trade the car in and the dealership did some research and I was actually paying 42%. They prey on those with bad credit and are no better than the payday loan companies.

Really only made payments at this store, and the people are friendly and quick to help. But theres one lady that is very bad with customer service. One conversation with her made me rethink another loan with them. If you have bad credit. Come here.
