Worst Banking Experience. EVER! I have tried for 6 months to open an account IN person..The wait every time is until Closinh! If you dont speak spainish here..They do not cater to you! And I understand Spainish as I am from Texas, So they put 5 Spainish speaking patrons in front of me presumably because I sound very southern American. .Tennessean! Its ridiculous!

This bank needs to be shut down . The location is very understaff and the staff present is rude. I come to this bank everyday and service is terrible!!! They have to do better. This area of Madison is very high traffic and need a bank that can handle the community demand.
