ive always wondered why i could never get a car a home ect so i joined credit karma to look and see . for some odd reason i have many medical bills and this Company as the debt collector . i called and asked about these bills i also asked for some kind of photo ID or anything that can link me to all this medical debt and they done have any . i then called the hospital billing to see what they can do as of 2016 they take IDs due to people using others Identity to obtain drugs .... you would think that with that said they would remove the bills i have took my part for two bills i know are mine the others still there with no proof of identity

We were sending monthly payments on a medical bill that should have never gone to them in the first place and would still get harassing phone calls!!! When a bitchy woman had the nerve to call me at work and tell me that because my wife both work we should be sending more than a $100 a month. Someone should shut this place down for their contemptible acts towards hard working decent people!!! They have no integrity whatsoever!!!

These are the rudest "PEOPLE" I have ever spoken to. They have no class, they continue to call my place of employment and when I called back it lasted maybe a minute because a person by the name of Nancy had a bug up her butt! They are customer service that it a joke!

The girl was very rude to me and threatened legal action for a non existent bill. She took all my current 2017 medical bills and said they were 4 years old. I will only pay the hospital as tgis was terrible and commonly deceitful
