Having just moved to Reno, I was looking for a new credit union. The rates at MACU put it in my top three options, so I made personal visits. After I met with Neetha and Husna, I was convinced. They were not just friendly; they knew their programs and were able to confidently answer my questions. Yes, this CU has fabulous rates and a very solid online/mobile banking set-up—it also has people-oriented staff.

Selina helped me tremendously with a wire transfer complicated by the fact that I was an out of town visitor. I now own a new home in Idaho and have my banking accounts all set to go when I arrive there. Best customer service ever! Thank you!

I have been here quite a few times, and has always been a flawless experience. I have never had any trouble with anyone here. They also have a coin machine, which is free for members, or takes 6% if you are not a member.
