The wait isnt so bad but the tellers need to put a smile on their faces and be nice to your customers. Most of them are very rude,if you dont like your job leave! Also their telephone services are the worse never ever call because they never answer their phones ,NEVER! They need another branch in si if not they need to place atm of mcu around si. I always have to drive to their branch so far away from me,i live by bay st. Why arent they doing anything to help their customers or improve anything people are complaining about?

They have good rates for mortgages and loans, but work with them is hard. As example, I have loan with them and they sent me a letter that my payment past due, in a meantime automatic deductions from my check is set a month ago. Also I have heard complaints about their credit cards. Will try to avoid working with them even if it cost money, and will have piece of mind. Probably will consider refinance if problems continue.

Why are there available free atms in the Hylan Blvd area. The main branch and Pathmark supermarket. I live on the North Shore of SI and as member must pay $1.50 - $2.00 to get my money from the same banking as the south shore members. Please make it accessible somewhere on north shore (perhaps the Pathmark supermarket on Forest Ave, SI. Thank you for all member who need change.

As an mcu me member,it would be better if mcu would consider another branch on forest ave,near pathmark,or over at shoprite supermarket.we need at least two more branches on staten Island!!!!!......

Very Slow in customer service , every time I conduct business there no matter what kind of transaction it is they take 30 mins to over an hour to service you.
