We had such a pleasant experience changing our insurer to Allstate Nelson Walker. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and felt very comfortable. Liz went above and beyond comparing apples to apples, and then helping us extensively with was best for us to meet our personal needs. We are so happy to be able to do business with people, and owners at that, who genuinely care about what they do and want to help. With our previous insurer you never knew who you were going to talk to as employees seemed to come and go and they did not put our best interest first, they just wanted to get their job done whether it was good for the customer or not. We are so glad we switched!
