Warren helped me deal with a medical power of attorney while my wife was in the local ICU. Since there were disagreements among concerned persons as to what was best for her and what she wanted, I was anxious to get a handle on the situation. Warren, an acquaintance of some years, was clear, direct and kind. He quickly got to the heart of the matter, explained it in clear language and allowed me to look after my wife with more confidence. Knowing that Warren is a good family man, I was struck by how he tried to put himself in my shoes to understand my sense of urgency, and to respond in a timely and reassuring fashion. I was very impressed as well as grateful.
