Repeatedly getting phone calls from Ad Astra, for Juan, Sam, and Michael. I am none of those people, and have repeatedly asked them to take me off the number, and yet, 2-4 calls daily and now on Saturdays too. Last person I spoke to was looking for Sam, when I explained that my name is not Sam, he called me a liar and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. This is not a company I would recommend anyone getting into business with.

AD Astra Recovery Services, Inc, is a horrible company to have to deal with. I paid off an old debt over a year ago, and it is still on my credit report as a Collection Account. I have called these people several times and the customer services people have the nerve to want to hang up in your face. This is the type of company that needs to be sued in order to prove a point.

These clowns only have one thing they can use against you. They post to the major credit rating agencies and they use this to coerce people to pay to get the derogatory remark off their credit report. They are blood suckers, just like the payday loan companies they represent.What they do is illegal in Tennessee but they still do it there anyway because of lax enforcement.

I send my payments in every two weeks when i get paid but they still call me three times a week harassing me saying they are reminding me about my payment, leaving me voicemails everyday. damn take your money and leave me alone i mail a money order every two weeks they keep asking me for my debit card number i told them go to hell they are not getting my bank account info

Called to settle this account and they refused. So I took that money and gave it to Credit Repairman and now that is gone off my credit. It is best to get 50% of something than to get a 100% of nothing...lol

Tried calling in to establish a Payment plan, and the Phone Number doesnt even work, kept asking about going on a Cruise, and saying that I was eligible for money offers.
