I dont even have a debt with these people, but when they called me looking for my girlfriend they where beyond rude. Then they asked me to pass on a phone number so that she could call them..When she called them they basically tried to bully her in making a full payment. ASking for her to cash out her 401k , use tax return money, or even go get a loan to pay off a debt that is literally 1 month past due. They are about as unprofessional as it gets..

They refuse to follow Federal law by providing validation of the debt. Payments were made to the provider of services but the full amount was sent to these hicks. They REFUSED to correct their records and REFUSED to allow monthly payments to be made. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file with the FTC and anyone else that I can find to file complaints with.

Heidi was absolutely terrible. I told her that I was in a totally disabling wreck and that my family is living off of the settlement, and she still demanded that I pay the full balance or else.. I told her that as of right now, there was no way we could afford to. So she said she would recommend that this gets taken to couet.. she is a scummy, low life person.

What a horrible place, and horrible customer service. Basically demanding I set up payments before contacting the other company that was handling my account. They try to strong arm you, and if you stand your ground they get mad and rude. What a great home life these people must have............
