"F" them, they are employee owned...they will not do a reduction or payment plans. They want all the money they can get. I visited their website before calling them. They have pictures of their employees everywhere! They all look unhealthy and are poorly dressed and some have hood tattoos (non-artistic) I called them and dealt with a man that used poor collection tactics. The interesting thing is I called to pay the debt but he decided not to hear me and use his script and nasty tone. Unprofessional collection agency.

Horrible, rude people. Reported to credit agencies even though I spoke with them several times letting them know my Insurance AETNA had majorly botched my bills...meaning they were supposed to be paying this but they made errors. I even made payments myself to try to stay in good standing...as soon as I received reimbursement from Aetna, I paid them off in full...yet, they still screwed my credit. Not to mention, absolutely rude. Employees owned company? Wow, they must be a fun bunch of people. Not.

I am currently dealing with them over a utility bill from a city I no longer live in, apparently there was some mix up with my mailing address. I am offering to pay the debt for removal from my credit report. I will update review when I complete my business with them. So far, I supposed I have been treated like any other customer from any other collection agency. (I have limited experience with these folk as i always pay my bills.)

I payed off my bill and they never gave it to the TransUnion and this damaged my credit score. This is sucks, this guys need to be more sharp

We paid a medical bill in full over year ago & they never took it off our credit & it affected our credit score, they straight out suck!!!!
