Love this site! Will use this from now on as my credit report go to. Super easy as you give Tenant Magic the email of the person you are checking on, Tenant Magic sends THEM an application that THEY fill out and THEY pay for, and their credit report is emailed to you with a recommendation of accept or decline! So easy, so fast. So if a perspective renter backs out or credit report shows that they are a risk then they are out the $35, not you. Jay answered all of my questions so quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The website is slightly clunky and needs improvement but BOY! What a great customer service! On the website, there is no Home icon. So when you log out and need to log back in, you can’t unless you load the website again, minor issue. When I used it for tenant screening, the application process was smooth. Our co-applicant needed help finishing and Jay Apple from the website called , on a Sunday, and worked with us to resolve it right away. Compared to ZumperPro, I’d recommend Tenant Magic any day.

Tenant magic was easy, clear and gave me a lot more information than any other on line clearance had in the past. I also like that it was not overly expensive for my tenets and that they could reuse the information. I called in before I signed up and the owner explained to me personally how it worked and what kind of information I would get as well as the sources he would get them from. I was super pleased with the information I got back. It really showed me how very little I had gotten elsewhere.

Great experience. Service is prompt and meets my needs. Jay Apple offers a personal touch by reaching out and replying to emails directly. Highly recommend if you have 1 unit or 100. Applicants also said it was easy to use and apply for a property. Only wish would be to customize the landlord profile a little more - like adding security deposit and rent fields. Currently it is populated by what the applicant enters. That would give it 5 stars from me!

I researched a variety of credit check services and came across Tenant Magic. The customer service provided by Tenant Magic has always been immediate, helpful and impeccable. In fact, they offered to personally walk one of my prospective tenants through the application if they needed it. I would highly recommend Tenant Magic and will conduct business with them again in the future.

Fantastic, extremely easy to use, my tenant loved the experience. Jay, the owner, will always answer the phone or call you right back to answer any questions. If you have any problems he will help you log on. The response time was less than 24 hours and the report was easy to read and provided a plethora of information.
