I have been receiving quarterly service from HomeShield for over 3 years now and I have had nothing but a positive experience with their service and staff. They schedule all service promptly when I call, show up when they say they will, and perform quality pest service. When pests show up again a simple call brings someone out to reservice our home for no extra charge. Their technicians are very friendly and courteous, and actually take the time to listen to concerns or problem areas and address them accordingly. I would definitely recommend HomeShield on the basis of their quality service, fair pricing, and friendly technicians.
