This review was previously a one star but I am glad to say that my previous thoughts about this company have completely turned around.. Ian the owner of HomeShield Pest Control called me personally he apologized for my recent experience and did everything to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their service.. He went up and beyond my expectations and got someone back out to my house immediately. He also gave me his personal cell number to contact him directly if I need anything. Overall after everything was said and done my issues were taken care of and made right. Ian also made sure that the remaining services are going to be done by one of his supervisors. If you are looking for a pest control company I would recommend giving them a call today! They care about giving you quality service!

I called Homeshield for their pest extraction services as my mom thought she had squirrels in her attic. Alex was informative and referred me immediately to a specialist. Connor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained their assessment process and he came out that very same afternoon to inspect and recommend procedures for extraction. Connor called me before he arrived, was very communicative about the assessment procedure and thorough. He looked everywhere for signs of infestation and showed me areas that were vulnerable. As it turned out, there were no rodents in the attic. That is a good thing. Based on my experience I would recommend HomeShield. My experience was 5 star and Connor gave stellar service.

We had HomeShield for over a year at out old house and just set it up again at our new house. Every interaction with HomeShield employees has been professional and everything was explained in detail with all my questions answered. Since we live in the hills, spiders and mice are a concern and the tech took the time to make a plan for mouse traps with my husband and evaluated our crawl space for potential issues. At our old house, we never had to contact HomeShield in between services because their products work great and we had no issues with pests. We are very pleased with HomeShield and the quality of their service.

I have been using HomeShield Pest Control for over 2 years and I never had any issues with any Pests. They are courteous, friendly and always gives you a call before they come for service to make sure it works for your schedule. They will promptly return to take care of any pest issues encountered either Indoor or Outdoor in between regular service schedule. They have great customer service and are very professional! They take care of the problems promptly! They give you a courtesy call before they arrive so if you have pets you can round them up and get them in. Very well priced! If you have any other problems they come out right away and take care of it with no hassle. They also do follow-up calls after they do your service to make sure your satisfied. Highly recommend that you give them a call and have them service your property!

I called HomeShield based on their excellent ratings. Jeremy came out the very next day. We discussed my concerns as I have two small dogs under 10 lbs. and did not want them to get sick from any chemicals. In addition we have a baby in the house and I had concerns about that. He went over everything thoroughly and provided me with all the information I needed. So far I am very happy with the price and service. Great job!!!!!

Had Homeshield come out to do an inspection on my mother in laws mobile home for mice and rats. Inspection was free and gave a written estimate on how much it would be to seal up the holes where rodents could get in. Had them come back a few days later. Steve was very professional and quick on the repairs. Customer service was very nice and things were taken care of nicely. Would definitely recommend Home Sheild. Nice job guys.

Great service! I had problems with ants in my new home. I made one phone call and with in 30 minutes I had Ric at my front door. He explained what he was going to do and was finished in about 30 minutes. I have yet to see any ants. Great service!
