We recently moved to the Memphis area and contacted Service Experts for a complete system installation. Billy Hamilton, the service representative showed up on a Saturday afternoon on less than 24 hours notice to provide us a quote. Mr. Hamilton listened closely to the options were were interested in, made invaluable recommendations based on his extensive knowledge of the climate in Memphis and assessed our needs. The following Monday, we received a quote for 3 different and complete systems from which we could choose. We reviewed the quote against 3 others quotes we received and determined that Service Experts provided the best value for our money. I contacted Mr, Hamilton the day before Thanksgiving to inform him of our selection and to inquire as to when the installation could be scheduled as we had no HVAC in the house at all. He was able to schedule the installaton for the day after Thanksgiving. This kind of service is unheard in the area from which we relocated. The installation team arrived promptly Friday morning at 8:00am and by 2:00pm that afternoon we had a fully installed and operational HVAC system. Many thanks to Billy, the installation team, and to Service Experts for their professionalism. I highly recommend thier services to anyone in the Memphis area considering partial or complete residential HVAC services.

Have had several ac installs done over the years and dealt with many techs. I have fixed ac units myself in the past along with doing flow calculations, return size, copper upgrades,etc. typically I have a good idea of what needs to be done. I had to work on install day which I hate doing as I like to be home. I have never given a 5 star review in my life but Josh (Josue)R#354 was great and deserves it. Before he even started the job, he called me at work and told me some things he found that needed to be done with the install. Everything he told me I already suspected as I had done all the calculations and looked at the unit specs. This is the first time I have used service experts but will not be the last, was extremely pleased with their installation work/team. They will definitely be my first bid in the future. If you are in Memphis do not hesitate to use service experts, if you can request your install man/team strongly recommend Josh (Josue)#354. Buck was also great #348. The best feeling after a job is feeling you can trust the man doing the work if you did not do it yourself. I feel this way and recommend this installation team without reservation.

Service Experts evaluated our old system, proposed, and sold us a heating and air conditioning combined system that exceeds our expectations. They were not the low price provider against some very heavy competition, but they had the best value proposition. For the last 2 months, our utility bill in May was $119 against $155 for the same month last year, with the same average temp of 69 degrees. For this June, our utility bill was $141 vs. $ 232 for June of last year with an average temperature of 80 degrees this year vs. 78 degrees last year. They removed the old system and replaced it in one day working through a 2 inch rain deluge without interruption. It sounds like fiction, but I have no problem calling anyone to verify the excellence of this Tri-fecta of Service Experts, Costco, and Lennox.

This review covers just the customer care, technical knowledge, and technical proficiency of Alan Rose. Our downstairs air conditioning had quit cooling. When he came out (on last Saturday 9/17/16), he analyzed the problem very quickly and told me what he was going to do today (Monday 9/19). 1. Order the new fan motor 2. Install it. 3. Wow! I called their office and five minutes later a tech called saying he would be there in nine minutes! Jake was professional and really took the time to find our problem. Our machine had been leaking for at least a week and had ruined our floors. We thought it was the dishwasher, but thankfully Jake realized it was the drain pipe. We had a new AC unit put in today, and Tyrone and Rusty were punctual, professional, and courteous. I cannot say enough about how great everyone is at that company!

Our air went out about 9:00 p.m. I was sure that we would have a long hot night ahead of us. We called Service Experts and to our surprise, we were told someone would be out to help us. A young man named Jake called us shortly and told us he was on his way. He arrived at the house around 10:10 p.m. He found and fixed the problem in about 35 minutes. No extra charge for the late night call. I highly recommend Service Experts and will use them again whenever I have cooling or heating problems.

I have used Service Experts for many years. The technicians have always be very professional and have done an excellent job. This time Josue R. Was my service technician and found where the UV lamps had not been plugged in or had become unplugged. He changed the filter and plugged the UV lamps in. He then checked and cleaned the outside unit..I would recommend Service Experts to anyone that has a problem with their heating/air unit..

Very satisfied with the recent service performed by Service Technician Josh R., who responded to a late call and quickly determined the cause of my furnace failure. He performed a temporary repair to provide heat until the replacement part could be obtained and installed. Josh was professional, efficient and provided an explanation of the entire process. Josh even took time to play with my inquisitive Shih Tzu.

I have an LG mini split installed. It stopped working after a couple of years. Service Experts has been working on the problem very diligently. It has taken a while as parts were not readily available but as they came in the were installed. The final step occurred today and the system is running great. I have to commend Service Experts for staying on top of this issue and taking care of it as promised.

Awoke in the middle of the night to a hot house and quickly realized that the A/C had quit. I called Service Experts first thing the next morning. They sent a technician, Jake, out around lunch the same day. Jake quickly identified the issue and worked with Lennox to see if the part was under warranty. He came back and installed the part and cleaned the unit. We are now back to normal!
