Had the pleasure of working with Melissa McDermott over the past day. I had recently moved and was having communication issues with my current agent from State Farm. She took over the situation last night after I got off work and by noon today I was put in contact with an incredibly helpful representative in my new location and had my rates set up. I felt like a very valued customer after she made it her number one priority to have my needs taken care of in such a short turn around time. I wish I would have had my insurance plan set up with her office rather than the original office I had been with in Wisconsin because of the minimal effort I had to do on my end to have policy changes done. I will definitely refer business Melissa and the office she works at way for any friends/colleagues that have insurance needs in the Madison, WI area. Thank you for doing such a great job on exceeding expectations and reminding me why I have chosen State Farm as my Auto and Renter insurance provider.

After calling most other insurance companies for quotes, i just called the number provided online spoke to Sharron. Not only are the deductibles at a lower price so was their overall rate! Had to reschedule my meeting with them a couple times, when I finally met with someone named she was super helpful. As someone who was getting insurance for the first time she took the time to explain every thing even offered to have another meeting with me. First class service and would highly recommend anyone to meet with them. They are going to make sure your insurance needs are meet. Very happy withy choice

Recently switched from AmFam, better coverage, lower prices. Friendly helpful people who do a great job of explaining the ins and outs of insurance. You can go online and select the level and type of coverage you want and get an estimate, and take your current info in and compare it with an agent. They do good work! We are saving $360 a year with renters insurance added! They also offer many other services, check them out!

Really attentive and helpful staff. Melissa was terrific in getting back to me whenever I had a question - and helped me to figure out what I needed to do when my car suddenly broke down and I needed to purchase a new car. They even helped me find a new State Farm branch with a good reputation when I moved to another state. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
