This is the worst company do not! I repeat DO NOT get give them any of your business. They messed up our policy multiple times and than they do not want to pay our claim out and decided to send us a letter to drop us in October we get a phone call today that we are no longer insured. Just like that and they told us “ oh disregard that message” we sent you one two weeks ago. Than the letter says they cancelled our policy the day off the accident. They will gladly accept your money but when it comes time for them to do your claim boom they won’t !! And wish I could give them no stars!!!!

This company is horrible to say the least. I have been dealing with them since one of their clients have rear ended me. They have been very rude and even disrespectful during one phone call, claiming that this is possibly my fault and this needed time to investigate, and again this is to say the least. This company needs to be closed.

Very disappointed & upset with this car insurance company. I have been waiting on a claim for the last 2 months ago & still have not gotten any response back from no one. One of there owe customers crashing into my 3 vehicles & his has not taken any responsibility in covering the accident.

Worst car insurance company ever! Stay away from these people. Took money out of my checking account without authorization after paying for entire term. Customer Service is rude at best. File a claim? They will nickel/dime you to death & stop returning your calls. Avoid at all costs.
