I received a phone call from them because I was inquiring about a home and I just got out of a relationship and this VERY RUDE lady calls me. She asked how I was supporting myself and then because I said I wasn’t working, she’s like and VERBATUM “Well, calls us back when you’re serious about buying a home” and HUNG UP!! FIRST OF ALL, I could have over a hundred grand in the bank and you wouldn’t even know! She hung up before I cussed her ass out.

I would rate them lower if I could! Robert was extremely rude to me, he did not know what he was talking about, criticized other companies. Not a nice person! Just tells me what it would have been like to work with ther customer service!

I have had great results and recommend Step 1 Credit. I love their refer a friend program as it made paying for the service even easier. It is already reasonable before I got credits for referring family and friends.

The sallrs man was good and i was etting ready to incolve myself with yhis credit co. Comming to website and seeing reviews i have reconsidered. Extreem 5 star to 1 star that is red flag. My gut says dont do it.
