Absolutely stay away! We have had nothing but problems with them. We first signed up as a month to month contract. Then when we were unhappy with the service we went to cancel and they said that we had a 3 year contract. We started with another service and we have to pay $495 per location to get out of the contract. Not only that, they run you around in circles when trying to cancel. We have been attempting to get this done for 5 months! They keep charging us monthly fees, when our contract was to be cancelled a long time ago. Two giant thumbs down!!!!!

Cancelled our services on July of 2015. We were NEVER informed this needed to be a written and signed statement through fax or mail. According to the representative we spoke to we were "all set" .When we called to find out why we were still being charged for a year for a service that was not being used they now decided to do this the "right way". We wanted our money back for the year that we have been paying without even using the service and they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and no help at all. Our money has yet to be refunded and we are not happy!

Matthew was very helpful to me, on what I thought was a simple request. All I was asking to do was to update the contact name/number on our account. I was sent two various forms, from other agents, that did not cover the topic requested. Once I reached Matthew via the phone, he was very helpful and sent me over the "request to add/remove authorized account contact" form! YEA!! simple, simple!! Go Matthew!!

Their service sucks!!!!!!! Total difference attitude from the account executive after we signed the contact. A lot of mistakes happened on our bank information, so at the first transaction we cannot receive the funds on time. High rate for the credit card service, millions of hidden charges. If I could give minus star I will, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY

I worked with a young man named Johnny - he knew how frustrated I was with trying to get this certification completed and my tone of voice was not exactly sweet but he worked with me anyway and got me through the certification process without a hitch - KUDOS to him - he is professional and efficient. You have a really great young man working for you.

Worst Merchant Company!!! I will NEVER do business with them again!!! They charge you random stupid fees that add up to hundreds of dollars and we you call to ask them what they are for they keep transferring you til someone just hangs up the phone! DONT USE THEM unless you want crappy service and you want to be overcharged!

They have always been awesome! We have used them for two years now. We average less than 1.8% on our total fees compared to our sales for both our locations. Everyone has always been professional and helpful - the few times we needed them. Normally everything works perfectly and almost never need to call.
