They called for appointment and I agreed. Their rep basically new nothing about processing. What they offered was a complete lie if you read the contract. Tried to pill the smoke and mirror scam. If I had signed contract it would have cost me a lot more than I am currently paying. I have been in business over 16 years and did not get this far by being stupid. Please do not fall prey to their lies deception. 10/1/2016 Typical response below they just want to try and sell you again. It is all lies corporate tier 1 rates, wholesale rates. They always try hide that they will give you rate that sounds to good. They try hide the fact that if you take a reward card you pay very very high rate (hidden in contract). Tell you you have to lease a machine or join a club or something along those lines. All lies. They try to say we will change it on contract but if you read contract and terms and conditions (which they never want to show you) there are all kinds of hidden fees that are never disclosed or included in cost comparison. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES>

I have this conpañia service and the service is lousy, every time I communicate with them is a different person and tanbien owe me haora outstanding deposits and nobody knows anything and I do not even speak Spanish. Anyone know how to fix this or who need to talk

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I made the terrible mistake to switch when I should have followed my gut and stayed were I was at, I have had nothing but problems and extra fees since I have had them as my merchant account, And they were sneaky about the length of term I am contracted to them for. NEVER AGAIN! learned my lesson the hardway i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!

I would recommend all of my friends and family to this company. Judy took the time to explain to me what I will be getting and showed me how much money I was throwing away and all the hidden fees I never even noticed with current provider. Garan went to work and helped me get on a better program and saved me a ton of money. Transmerit is a great company.

Bad business, they lied and lock me in to 5 years contract now have to put up with bad service and wrong price, I owned beauty salon and I was too busy to read the fine print and signed the contract, I was told i would save more than $50 a month but actually I will be paying way more. Please learn from me do not be scammed by transmerit.

So they get you stuck in a 60 month contract, and when your machine broke they will not replace it. Customer service give me the round around for over a week, they wont update or replace your machine. Stay away!!
