My experience with this company is rated low, first they take money ACH and it takes them over 45 days to even begin paying on your debt, which by the way just added more interest. They state the company takes $20.00 as a fee per month and that was a lie it took $21.00 they also ask what you want the first deduction of your ACH to be either applied to the last payment of your debt or reimbursed, another lie, they keep it. Finally, at almost the last payments of your owed account, they make a late payment ( they sure did not have a problem remembering to take it out of your ACH account on their specific date) making it a late charge which in turn goes into your credit report. I would never use this company again because of the lies and the bad responses received during the almost two years I allowed them to say what they were going to do when getting me debt free. On the download I never got reimbursed for the first ACH or received the money back, but I ended up paying the last payment out of my own account making me take a loss by using them for almost two years that I could have paid off in a year and a half by myself. What I have read on these posts, does not sound like the company I went through and would like to know their addresses, because it totally turned me against debt consolidators with what I experienced/

DCC was outstanding in the way they handled my debt. The repayment plan was reasonable and with in my budget. I recommend everybody with this type of problem to give DCC a call. Take that first step, and call DCC.!
