I went to this bank on Wed. 10/24/16 to look for some papers in my safety deposit box. I have a box at this bank because the chase bank in Gold Canyon, where am a regular customer, does not have large boxes. When I asked the bank person roaming the lobby to let me into my box he seemed perplexed. He went and got a notebook and then told me that no one was available to help me. Then he told me someone might be able to help me at 4:30 which would have required me to wait one hour and twenty minutes. He then left me and another banker came and picked up the notebook. He explained that only bankers (not tellers) could help me and none would be available until 4:30. I told him this was completely unacceptable and, after a small argument , voila, a banker showed up from the back room. I think it is pretty bad when you have to argue to get into your own safety deposit box.

The so called customer service at this branch has to be the worst. We have several accounts with Chase but they always give a hard time to our adult son when he tries to cash a check drawn on his account and made payable to him, in spite of him presenting photo id. They try to charge him but we tell him not to agree and in the end they cash without charge or he goes to different branch where he does not have that problem. Turns out that it is always the same cashier each time, and this time greeted him with a snarky remark before giving him the usual hard time. Today I contacted the bank and am waiting for a callback. They better have a good excuse and apology otherwise we will take our business to a bank with better and more friendly customer service.

Have your elderly parents avoid Chase. My mother has an account there and was in the hospital. I need to make a deposit on her account to cover her monthly expenses and Chase refused to take a cash deposit because I was not on the account. Now not only do I have to live through the stress of my mothers heart attach and recovery but to get the money she needs into her account I have to go to another business and purchase a money order or deposit the money into my account then use my debit card to deposit to her account - great job Chase. I will have all my mothers accounts transferred from this horrible establishment as soon as possible, if your getting along in years CHASE is not the bank for you!

If you need to talk to a banker go to anyone but criss irvin.... super not helpful... tried to make me go to the 3 different people to complete my request when he could do the whole thing so I had to talk him into doing my issue at just his station... and refused to write a bank slip... super annoying... I would literally recommend any but this guy... everyone else is really there to help you. Just not him

Really sad that this bank can just put a hold on a payroll check for TWELVE DAYS and not give you any money until they feel like giving you your own money! Hold a check for 12 days for no reason, really sad customer service. No one at the bank will tell you anything except call the number, not helpful with buying food.
