My husband and I recently joined NCU. We never expected the AMAZING service we have received since the first contact. Shelby Wells was so friendly and helpful with getting our accounts set up. She stays in contact with you and she is VERY prompt to respond to emails or calls so you get your questions or concerns addressed fast. She was a great first contact with this bank because you will be hooked from the get. We also applied for a loan and that process was SO easy breezy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carrie Pescatello. She genuinely cares about you as a valued customer and literally treated us like we were GOLD. We have not had customer service like that in recent memory. She goes above and beyond and surpassed our expectations by a mile. Carrie was just an absolute pleasure to do business with. She, along with Shelby, have definitely made us NCU customers for life.

I had the privilege of working with Jose Guerrero on my auto car loan a week ago. It was the best car buying experience ever. Right when my husband and i walked into the credit union Jose greeted us with a big smile. He completely took charge of the process. He is very knowledgeably about loan auto process. He walked us through the loan process and he even offered references to consider if we chose to use Toyota. Jose went above and beyond to help make the process so much easier. What a great communicator, he returned calls promptly , he was super flexible as email works better for me. I could count on Jose for a future car loan. I have dished out his contact information for friends and family who would be looking to get a car loan. He deserves a big bonus, what a sport he is. I sent him an email to say thank you for all that he did.

I worked with them to get an auto loan. The whole process was very fast, convenient and easy. The whole feel with the branch is very pleasant and welcoming unlike other big banks like Bank of America, Citibank. They treat you very well. The moment you enter the branch a person will walk up to you and offer water. They have a convenient waiting place with newspapers and magazines. The staff is very efficient and takes care of most of the things over email and phone. I was dealing specifically with Jose who was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the branch to anyone in the area looking for affordable and outstanding banking services.

The gentleman is always kind. The young woman at the main desk is terrible to deal with, talking very loud and condescending. Absolutely discriminatory and racist environment with her. I have never been so horrified. I am closing my account today, and will never use this bank again.
