I have been going to 9Round in Brooklyn Park for over a year and I love it! The trainers are so nice and welcoming, and also push you to work hard. The new management is great as they are trying new events at the gym to keep us engaged and motivated. I love going to 9Round after a long day of work;; I always feel so great during and after my workouts there!

Being going for 3 months now. All the trainers are great. Love it. Highly recommend. I can leave my house, get a full body work out in at 9 round, then be back home in 45-60 minutes later. My balance is better, my conditioning is better, and I am way stronger then I was prior to starting at 9 round.
