I have had nothing but issues using this title company. First off throughout my personal transaction I had very little communication. I had to call many times to get any notice or answers. The reception staff always rude or never answers phone. To top it off I get a notice my insurance is canceling me because the title company stop payment on the transaction. I then called them right away going to 2 weeks 10 messages and emails no response how to fix this. Along with the big fee they charging me since it was late. My husband called today demanded to speak with branch manager who then refused to take blame or her poor staff. Even better both myself and husband are Realtors and this was a personal transaction for us. NEVER will I use them again for myself or clients. I have my referall for a amazing title team and I will stick with them.

Three huge mistakes and credits not followed during a commercial closing transactions. At the end of transaction emailed our personal information including all closing docs to an email and person not associated with us. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
