I went in there thinking this was going to be a long process. The lady I got was super friendly, very helpful and told me everything I needed to do to change the title of a truck I recently purchased to my name. I also had to change the plates because the ones I had were Oregon and the ones I needed were obviously Washington. She was very helpful with that also. I was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. I think it was only that long because I had some other issues. Also had no wait time.

Came in with some questions regarding transferring title. My situation was a bit different than most, and they completely could care less. Not helpful at all. They said they couldn’t help me. So I left defeated and stressed. Then I thought I give one more place a try, Orchards Auto license. They did everything I needed in 15mins. With a same day title. Don’t waste your time here. Straight garbage

Hands down best experience I have ever had dealing with a licensing place. Friendly, informative, and patient staff. Sierra was outstanding at helping me understand everything I needed to get my boat and trailer registered, she definitely went above and beyond! This is without a doubt THE BEST Licensing location in Clark County!!!

Bad experience. I think these people are lazy and not very bright. They never really took time to look over what I brought them for documentation. The people I dealt with looked like they might have just graduated high school. To bad they do not teach manners and common sense in school. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

The service here was awful, customer service is supposed to be friendly and polite, this lady who I believe is the owner was rude and had a very bad attitude, I would never go there again to be treated rudely. Nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Efficient and friendly. I came in the store for a "in lieu of title" they asked me what it was for and made sure I knew what i needed to know. they offer great service and i would be happy to return if the need ever arises.
