They were horrible to deal with. Sales manager gives you the impression that they will handle everything you need and you have nothing to worry about. Then they do not meet their commitments to timing, fail to bring all the equipment that you purchased (had to constantly check on them and what was being installed) and take short cuts on installation that are not recommended by the manufacturer. Three months after install I also noticed that they put in a lower grade filter than what I had paid for AND had detailed on my invoice. Was told it was "too late" to do anything about it. During the process all calls I made were treated as a bother to them! Very poor customer service. Might as well have bought from the "Depot" and saved a few thousand...

I have been so pleased with my interaction with the folks at Fox Pools & Spas! We were buying a home with a pool for the first time and Brian came out to the house to look over the pool and all equipment with me to be sure that we were all set to enjoy our new pool. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to a continued relationship with Brian and all the folks at Fox Pools as we are now pool owners! : )
