Nichols Electrical models the way things should be in working with contractors. Professional, up front and clear about all costs and issues, and on time. Communications were simple, direct, and thorough. I felt thoroughly confident in the work as planned, and the cost was fixed before started, thus avoiding any cost surprises. The work done was excellent and everything was tidied up when finished. Steve Nichols and the electricians who did the work were extremely polite and courteous. If you need electrical work done, Nichols Electrical is a joy to work with.

Bobby came today to install a ceiling fan for me in an upstairs bedroom with no existing electrical wiring to the ceiling. He was EXTREMELY kind, polite, and professional; he knew exactly what he was doing and he was done with the entire job in about an hour (clean up and all!). The fan is balanced, looks and works great! He was able to answer all of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable! I searched around before going with Nichols Electrical and they gave me the best quote. I would definitely recommend and hire them again. Thanks Bobby!! :)

Power has been going off and on in some of our rooms in our home . I called Steve and he said to call him next time the power went off . I called him today the Sat. before July 4th and he came out within a half hour ! Better yet he found the problem quickly (loose wires) and had everything fixed in no time . Very satisfied and I have him coming back to replace a GFI for me. Thanks Steve....

This is the third time we have had Nichols Electrical Contracting do work for us and we have always been satisfied. They previously installed two ceiling fans and this time they put recessed lighting in our kitchen. Steve and Bobby did an excellent job. They were on time, professional but pleasant, and did the job in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Bobby from Nichols Elec was out last week to repair a problem we had w/front porch light & outlet and to also switch out a ceiling fan/light. Bobby was very polite, efficient, and did a great job. We had used Nichols before about 9 yrs ago and since they did such a great job we had them do some more work for us. Very fair pricing. Will definitely use them again for future jobs.

Very knowledgeable gave a quick quote within 2 days. Got work done within a few hours (had to install outside wire+ brand new panel box. Got back to me within a day from any form of communication (calling or email) and was reasonably priced for the job. Even did a home inspection and took photos of what was worked on/needed to be done! 10/10

I highly recommend Steve and the other electricians at this business. Several years ago they installed a whole-house surge protector for my home, and recently they replaced the wires between my panel box and air conditioning unit. It works like a charm now.
