Highly Recommended If you have an Issue with your landlord Call them first, I had a dispute with the Property management after moving out and cleaning as much as i can on the property this company decided that not only that they will not give me my security deposit back but instead charge me for paint, to sum it up i have to pay an additional $1000. I called around most lawyers turn me down and some charge a lot just for a consultation unlike Cronus law they immediately accommodated me and schedule a Free consultation. The staff and lawyers were polite and professional, I hired them on and the end result was i did not have to pay the property management company and even got a portion of my security deposit back.
