Have been with Kimbro Air since 2007! Everytime we have called them they have came through. Execpt this time!!! The guy that always came here knew what he was doing. He was very nice and very knowlegdable. His name was Scott. I called for Scott the other day and he no longer works there. So they sent another guy. We ask if while he was here to show us where the filters were. (thats not why we called, we call for the Therostat not working, giving us a warning). He came and said, oh I cant touch this! Here is were your filters are and when I get back to the company I will have them to fax you a number to call and see what the code means on your stat. I dont know. So, about an hour later we got the number, called the manufacture told him the code and he ask if Kimbro checked the belts? We said no, We checked the belts in was broke in several places, causing the therostat to shut down. I was told that our bill to Kimbro was $100.00!!! I called and spoke with Miriam, she told me she could lower it to $80.00! I recieved my invoice and it is still at $100.00. I called her back and ask her name and spelling so I could put it on my copy of paying just the $80.00. And told her about what the tech didnt do and that he was here less than 20min and charging me $80.00 for something he said he couldnt touch and I had to call someone else on my own time to find out what was wrong. I told her my owner of our hotel said not to call them anymore with problems, we would go somewhere else, she just said ok! Like it didnt matter. I guess maybe we are not big enough account yet cause we are only 3yrs old. But, when our things start going out it will not be Kimbro we call. The tech couldnt even make the call himself to the manufacture to at least make the 100.00 they want to charge me!! I know I should be charged a trip call, but $100.00. And on their invoice it states, diagnostic fee. He didnt say a word, execpt (I cant touch this)!!! What a diagnositc call!!! I am glad to know they are doing so well that they dont need our business! Do not recommend them at all. Purchased a Spring/Fall AC unit tune up. They came out in the Spring to tune up my AC and said everything looked great, they just cleaned the outside unit. I had had no issues up to this point. Within a month after the cleaning my AC unit froze up. I called on a weekend afternoon and got a quick call back, but by 9pm that night they still had not shown up. They put me on the list to setup a time on Monday morning, but by 5pm on Monday they still had not shown up. Called another AC company they were out there that day, and added 3lbs of coolant and fixed the issue. I had never had a coolant issue in the past, and Kimbro said I was not low on coolant. hmmmm??

A damper had gone bad in my Zone System and it was extremely hot in my Master Bedroom. Steve came to my house after 8pm at night and diagnosed the problem. We were so impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge from Nick, our technician. We had 2 other companies come out and check our unit, which left us still with a broken/faulty unit (our unit is only 2 years old). Nick spent a great deal of time figuring out what was wrong, and walked us through the fix. We will definitely be using Kimbro in the future, and THANK YOU to Nick who was great!

I recently moved to Nashville from the Cheatham County area. When I had problems with my Heating and Air unit I called Kimbro Air. Joe came out to my house the same day I called for service and had my unit working in no time. I would definitely use Kimbro Air again for any future Heating and Air needs.

My heat went out on the first cold cold day of this winter. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The repairman (Daniel) came and fixed my heat. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. A+++++
