Chloe Dallaire came highly recommended from a New York City law firm after I was in a bad car accident while in Georgia for business. After speaking with Chloe several times, we trusted, and had confidence in her to go forward with a lawsuit. Chloe introduced my wife and I to Brandon Hornsby. Together they worked diligently understanding that timing was critical and expedited within one year, three separate lawsuits for me relating to this accident with the most favorable outcome. Being out of state and two time zones away, had its challenges. Chloe and Brandon were extremely attentive and answered our questions as quickly as possible. I recently was involved in an automobile accident which resulted in neck, back and leg injuries as well as traumatic brain injury. Fortunately someone gave me the name of Kim Parsons, a paralegal that worked with Chloe Dallaire at Hornsby Law Group. She was able to put me with the appropriate attorneys that not only handled the settlements with the insurance company but also was able to negotiate many of the extravagant bills we were getting from providers, which were outrageous and not covered by insurance. They also provided assistance in resolving the lowball offers from the insurance company regarding the offers on my automobile which was totaled. The ultimate settlement on the car was around 30% more than I was able to negotiate on my own.
