Attorney Cynthia Harmon provides her clients with responsive and adaptive services. One is never assigned a number to be placed in a file. Instead, a team approach occurs focusing on favorable gaols. Often, a client may express a a“quick fix” to remedy problems; however, Attorney Harmon utilizes the process in viewing issues in depth. This activity is similar to one looking into a microscope seeking relative details. It is amazing to watch her to watch adhere to the parameters of the law, as she utilizes an extraordinary gift of creativity. This gift allows her to transform the negative into a positive possibility. Sometime ago, I stepped into the Harmon office wearing a “cloak of despair”. I believed my life would never again experience peace and organization. During that meeting, attorney Harmon directed me towards a greater vision, and I felt assured that she would provide me with the best representation. After numerous hours of contact with her, I realized she is committed to the highest level of excellence. The Harmon Team demonstrates impeccable standards of behavior, ethics, acceptance, compassion, integrity and quality. Also, the staff is open to inquiries with the willingness to go the “extra mile” toward accommodating client’s needs. Cynthia Harmon is a valuable asset to clients, colleagues and the justice system. Attorney Cynthia Harmon handled my divorce. During this time, she was always very professional and very knowledgeable of the law. I’ve called twice, months apart, asking for assistance. Both times the person answering the phone seemed annoyed that I called and “took down my info to pass along to the lawyer/their boss to give me a call back in a little bit/few minutes”. No call back. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. If you don’t want to or don’t think you can help me, just tell me and I’ll call elsewhere right away. Rude & unprofessional!

I worked for Foster and Harmon as a law clerk several years ago. Rich Foster was knowledgable and practical. He taught me a lot about Social Security cases in particular - an area of law that I now practice as a supervising attorney in another jurisdiction.
