What a great experience to deal with Mike. He was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to go over the entire process with my wife and I. After I felt confident he was the right guy, he and his great staff took care of everything. I did not have to worry about my claim and he was able to get the full amount of the deserved recovery. Even after the repairs started and more damage was found, he was able to recover even more than we originally thought. Dealing with insurance adjusters is a pain, and even as a lawyer I knew this took someone with a specific skill set and knowledge, Mike is that guy. If you try and negotiate your settlement without his expertise you will be throwing away good money. In addition, Mike was also able to recommend a great contractor to work with to help make the process even smoother. I have already recommended his services to friends and family and will continue to do so.

He explained everything to me regarding all the intricacies to collecting the claim from my Insurance company. When the insurance company wanted to only patch my leaky roof, I called Dottrio. It was the best decision. The public adjuster was able to thoroughly review my home and found additional damages that I did not know existed because of the leaky roof. Because Dottrio was able to file a full claim with the insurance company, the insurance company went from sending me $1,200 to $20,000. Plus, Dottrio referred a great contractor. I would not have been able to fight the insurance company without Dottrio. We had hail and wind damage from a bad summer storm. I called Dottrio for a free look at my roof. He came out and noted the hail damage and wind damage. From there he charges me NOTHING. He fought with Erie and prevailed to the attune of a new roof. Excellent. Dottrio is the person to call, if you have a problem. Excellent customer service. If Mike says he will be at your house at a given time, you can bet he will be there. He always calls to check on the progress of the work and see whether you are having any issues. He works with the insurance company and construction company to make sure everything is moving along.
