Chris changed my opinion about attorneys! I was in a very serious accident. Mr.Kreeger was referred by one of our attorney friends. Chris is very professional, caring, and pragmatic. He is extremely good at reading people feelings. At our initial meeting he acknowledged my emotions, priorities, and promised to address them as we move on. He also said even good people, just by a small mistake, may cause dangerous accidents. That statement, along with other thought process I was already going through, helped me to forgive the person that caused the accident. As we all know “forgiving helps the forgiver and not the one that was forgiven”. That is how Chris helped me first time. Because of my busy schedule, I was not paying attention to my accident related injuries. From his experience working with clients, Chris is well aware of healthcare professional traits. Thus he encouraged me to see my doctors and get needed care. He also talked to my husband stressed on this issue. At regular interval he enquired about my health status and updated us on legal proceedings. He is very flexible; a few times he came to our home to drop off needed paper work and to see if we had any concerns about defense attorney deposition etc. He clearly explained his thought process thus we can also be part of the proceedings. From the beginning to the end Chris always respected my opinion and gave priority to my current and future personal and professional well being. In one situation where an expensive test would have given more strength to the case, however, not helped with my medical care, I did not want do the test and Chris agreed with me. Being in an accident and facing health issues themselves are life changing events for many people. In addition, dealing with insurance companies and going through settlement are aggravating and stressful. You don’t wish this for anyone. God forbidden if you are in that situation, Chris is your God sent. He will become your trustworthy friend. RR

I was in a car accident where someone pulled into my lane without looking going much slower than me and I rear ended them. I suffered a concussion, bruising, broken left wrist and nerve damage to my hand. I had to go to the ER by ambulance and have them set my wrist. I then required pins to be put in place to hold my wrist bones in place. I then required a nerve repair surgery and a carpal tunnel injection, which were not fully effective. I will now have permanent nerve damage in my hand due to the accident. I am a cake decorator, so this accident severely affects my lifestyle. I was badly hurt when I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. I had health insurance so I figured I was covered. A friend of mine suggested I talk to Mr. Kreeger just to make sure I fully understood the consequences of what happened. Chris made it clear that there may be future expenses from the accident and "I only get one bite at the apple" so I should make sure that the party at fault covers those future expenses. Over the next few months he was very active in getting all of the necessary paperwork together, as well as getting me in contact with some great specialists very familiar with the soft tissue damage and other issues I had suffered from the accident. In the end we worked with the insurance company representing the driver who hit me, the paperwork and doctor’s reports we brought to the table clearly described both the current and possible future issues that brought a successful resolution. If I can sum up, not only was Chris very professional, but really easy to work with, and a really nice guy. I highly suggest you have a chat with him to make sure your medical issues are taken care of.

On May 1,2016 I was involved in an automobile accident in Grass Valley, California. I was attempting to make a left turn when my car was hit on the front passenger area. The police put me at fault even though the driver was arrested for DUI. My injuries were as follows: 1) Several rib fractures from air bag; 2) Sternum fracture from air bag; 3) Heart failure exacerbation; 4) Plural effusion - fluid in lungs; 5) pain on left side of nose; 6) Swallowing problem - still somewhat a problem; 7) Pain and bruise on right leg from air bag; 8) Pain in right knee; I was taken to the Emergency Room at Sierra Nevada Hospital where I stayed in for 2 weeks then spent 2 more weeks at Spring Hill Manor - rehab center and a week at Eskaton in Grass Valley. The service from Rosenthal & Kreeger was excellent in every way. They were very professional, pleasant and very helpful and well organized. I felt that I was well represented. They kept me well informed. They were able to overcome the police report and get me a good settlement.
