I am a clinical psychologist in private practice and have had the great pleasure of working with Richard Rizk on a number of personal injury cases and long-term disability matters over the past 2 years. Richard has gone to great lengths to support all of the clients that he represents. He has a special appreciation for the mental health needs of all of his clients, and in particular, clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of their injuries, both physical and mental. Richard is extremely generous with his time in assisting his clients as they attempt to heal from their physical, mental and financial struggles that occur as a result of either accidents or long-term disability. He has enormous integrity, and has unique expertise in all insurance covered matters and accident claims. Richard has an excellent record of effectively bringing the clients he represents to a favorable resolution in which his clients receive the financial awards they deserve. Finally, Richard is my first choice when I am looking for an attorney to represent my clients that are suffering as a result of either long-term disability or auto accident injuries.

would not recommend. I was involved in an almost fatal car accident. Luckily, I walked away with minimal injuries that are still ongoing after 6 months. He was my lawyer, I picked him of every one, because I needed someone who was going to fight for my justice and make sure my pain and suffering was brought to attention. I never really spoke with him, but his assistant, he seemed to not care and was not looking in my best interest. After a couple months he told me "You have the facts right, but it would be hard to prove," he then resigned. Leaving me in more pain, heartache and frustration! Telling me I am right, which I knew, yet he would not help me any longer. To this day I suffer everyday from what I have loss because of my accident that was not my fault. I suffer mental and physical injuries that have an effect everyday. I would not recommend Richard for any car accident situation. He was more worried about his gain than helping someone who really needed it.

As a Chiropractic Physician, occasionally I would have to send accident victims to an attorney, when insurance companies were being difficult. All too often these days I notice that attorneys will "roll over"and make a fast settlement to make a fast buck. Most of the time this involves avoiding court and litigation. Mr Rizk would do whatever it took, as long as it was in the best interests of his client...including court and litigation. More importantly, he treats clients and doctors with respect, something that is not always to physicians in my profession. Mr Rizk is the only attorney I have referred to for those reasons.
