There is no way to express my gratitude to Hickey Law Firm. I had never needed an attorney in my whole life untill a couple of years ago. From the girl who answers the phone to "Jack" Hickey himself. I found their friendliness and willingness to help is unsurpassed by any individual (or office) that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They really do take their business to a personal level. When my whole ordeal was over I truly felt that another family had joined my family. After a screening call from one of his assistants, it was the next day that Jack called me. I will never forget one thing in particular that he said to me..." he was going to get to know me better than I knew myself". And that statement turned out to be true. Due to his staff, as well as himself , they were able to uncover injuries I had received that even I did not realize I had. It is his attention to detail as well as wonderful and hardworking staff that has provided a secure future for not only myself, but my wife and children as well. Jack did a great job of explaining to my wife and I each of the steps involved in the whole legal process. At no time did we question his judgement or reason, we immediately knew that our lives were in good hands. The expense of all medical testing and any other areas of concern were not a concern of ours throughout the whole process. All of this was handled by Hickey law Firm. I cannot stress enough how during a very difficult time of my life, when things could get no worse, a very rough path led us to Jack and financial security. Although I may never work again, we can still send our children to college, pay all bills, travel, and just be the hapy couple we had always planned to be. Please, if you are ever in an accident and need an Attorney, do yourself a favor and call Hickey Law Firm.....they will represent you with a passion for justice as well an understang for your individual needs. As far as I am concerned, There is no better attorney, and staff, on the planet.

My experience was much different. After more than 2 years of being told still gathering information, only to learn the same amount I had obtained prior to hiring Mr. Hickey, was the same amount being offered - to be fair, he thought he could get 5000 more. When I did not agree, was told I probably would not be happy one way or the other. Was told, I had previously been informed he was not going to file a suit (I believe that would be something I would absolutely remember, since I have up more than 2 years and to this date from an accident. I had to ask if a Demand letter was sent, and when told yes, asked for a copy only to see the wrong physicians and medical facilities, along with costs were not related to me. At the end of the day, he withdrew from my case and I had to find another attorney. Only impressed with the office staff.
