My husband and I started working with analyst, Will Smith, almost a year ago and the results have been better than I could’ve ever imagined. As a firefighter and a teacher, we both have worked very hard to establish good credit, but let’s face it, life happens. With a foreclosure and several derogatory marks on our file, we thought we would never be able to own a home again. We tried “fixing” our credit on our own. It didn’t work. We finally realized that we needed professional help and that’s when we contacted Will. From the very first meeting, Will made us feel comfortable. He explained everything, piece by piece that showed up in our credit report. We felt educated. We felt empowered. We finally felt hope for the first time since our foreclosure nearly five years ago. We have communicated with Will nearly weekly about any and everything that had to do with our credit and finances. And when our dream home went on the market a few months ago, we felt like we were ready to apply for a home loan. Of course, the first person I called was Will. He gave us the confidence to apply for the home loan and within hours, we received a pre-approval. Will was with us through every step of the home buying process… I honestly don’t know if we could’ve done it without him. We closed on our dream home in December, 2014 and couldn’t be happier. Since working with Will, my husband and I have a combined credit score increase (across all 3 bureaus) of more than 450 points! Not only were we able to get a new home with a great interest rate, we were also able to finance new furniture and most recently, we were approved for an unsecured Chase Freedom card, something we would’ve never been approved for this time last year. If you are hesitant about the fee or wonder if it’s worth it. IT IS! The money that we have saved by currently having good credit well surpasses the fee for this service. We have absolutely zero regrets working with White, Jacobs and Associates and refer all of our family, friends and even strangers to them!

Like others I was extremely skeptical about enrolling and putting my trust and giving total control to a "credit repair" company, because like many others, I to have heard so many horror stories. But after reading some of the unbelievable reviews about White Jacobs I decide to take a leap of faith and go for it. I inquired and received a call from "Brian Quinn", the phone call went very well, not pushy told me how to pull a credit report and send to him and he would let me know if he could help me. I then received a call Jonathan Murray and he was so easy to talk with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. This guy really knows his stuff. He gives you a very in depth understanding of these credit bureaus, the laws , and how they operate. The initial Call was about 2 hours and he went into extreme detail explaining to me how it works and what steps we have to take. His customer service is really outstanding. He answers all your questions thoroughly and he is always available to talk if you need anything, anytime. This is my first time ever writing a review online for a company but I am so amazed at how awesome this company is and how amazing Jonathan is. I am just finishing month 2 and already my credit scores have jumped and things have been removed from my credit report. ( collections , late payments , inquiries , etc ). White Jacobs, Jonathan Murray is AWESOME! Thank you so much! You guys have saved my life! Give these guys a try, as they are well worth the money. You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks Jonathan!!

I have a working relationship with Derek Shaw and am also one of his success stories. He’s quick to respond with questions and knows his stuff. Let me start by stating that I have been a mortgage broker for nearly 15 years; so you can only imagine how many credit reports I have reviewed in that time. Here is a fact-not everyone has had perfect credit including myself. There are always different circumstances that land people in their current situation but you always have a choice to do something about it. When it comes to credit repair; I have referred a number of clients and friends to Derek with great results. I, for one, would not send personal friends to someone unless I had 100% confidence that they would be treated well and the results were proven. After seeing how well Derek’s program worked for my customers; I decided to move forward with my own credit repair. I was in the 660 FICO range but wanted to be back in the mid to high 700s. Five to six months after I started the program with Derek’s company White Jacobs & Associates; my mid FICO was 749 and my high FICO was 799. Credit affects insurance rates, mortgage rates, auto loan rates, Utility down payments, etc. It’s a no brainer to get your credit repaired immediately if you want to get the best possible rates on those big ticket purchases in life.

I was referred to White, Jacobs & Associates by a longtime friend and trustworthy source at Primesource Mortgage in Grapevine, TX to assist me with cleaning up my credit so that I could purchase a home after my wedding next year. Before I contacted this company I had exhausted all efforts to resolve my credit issues and I had pretty much given up hope of ever being able to purchase a home, which was frustrating to say the least and definitely put a damper on my excitement about being newly engaged. I have been working with Will Smith for a little over a month now to resolve some old student loan issues that I previously had no hope of clearing up and I have been extremely pleased with the results so far. All of the costs associated with their services are very reasonable and they are very upfront & honest about the process every step of the way. Steven Tansey from White Jacobs gave me a second chance in the credit world. I heard about Steve and White Jacobs from a friend who he helped. She shared every month how her credit score had improved and that she could buy a house. When I started the program my credit score was mid-500 to very low 600. I had been previously married and had a terrible divorce. I was in debt over my head and to make matters worse I live in California cost of living is high. I didn’t even know where to begin. I begin the program in February I used my income tax as a down payment. Steve assessed my credit report educated me on the program how it worked. Steve asked me what my goals are. I told Steve that my goal was to buy a house. Steve told me what he could fix and what he might have a hard time fixing. Steve told me when I was done with the program I would be at house buy credit score. Throughout the program Steve educated me about credit. I was in the program for six months and I am happy to share that Steve fixed everything even the things he was unsure about. At the end of the program my credit score is between the high 600 to the low 700. I plan on beginning the house buying process in the next few months.

I must admit that I was skeptical when deciding to join your credit repair program. It seemed a little bit intimidating at first and I was not sure what to do to get started. After much deliberation and after my friend had an amazing outcome , I decided to sign up. I just wanted to say that the 15 minutes that it took to sign up was the absolute best 15 minutes I have ever spent. After signing up, I was given thorough instructions. I was in disbelief how much work and effort Joe had put into my case! I am a mother of four and I was unable to get a credit card to use for any emergency necessary, due to my credit scores which were in the low 500s. But thanks to your fantastic team, every single bad negative item that was appearing on my reports before I started your program is gone. I would of never imagine my score to reach the 700s. I am in the Real Estate Business, as a lender and a realtor, help first time home buyers and know how credit works and how to clean minor credit issues, but what Kelli Fustos, and Wite Jacobs did in just 60 days was more than any company has done for me in over 3 years. I was skeptical at first, as I had wasted over $5k before...and got no real results, but trusted Kelli as she carefully detailed their process, monitored my profile, and was educating me the whole way. I have not encountered a more professional credit repair company nor a more credible credit repair company in my 15 years in real estate. They are the real deal.
