I got in a car accident 1 month and 10 days ago. After 3 weeks of waiting for the insurance to evaluate my car, I had to tow it to an auto body shop because I live in an apartment which has no place to park my car for this very long time. I had hoped my car could be fixed, but the car was determined totaled loss. Finally, the insurance company went to look at it and towed my car, and my car was towed more than 2 weeks ago, but the adjuster has not given me an estimating cost yet. I contacted my attorney. She said she had left a message to the insurance company, she but did not heard back and still did not find out whose fault. It was about 40 days when the accident happened. I just said either me or another is fault, the insurance company has to take care of their customer first, but they do not. Also, they have not assigned any rental car company. I have to find it by myself. I am tired of waiting. My new semester begins, I do need a car to go school and this case is settled. My life becomes more difficult after the accident and without having a car, and no one cares. I could not believe that people can open the insurance company but do not care for their customers. My auto insurance payment is 487.98$ for 3 months, but it is not worth its cost.

Insurance Bad Very bad with all words or grab wings, if they charge cheaper but not worth it! .. I have just 2 months and I return no longer hold,. First super bad customer service there no way of contacting, online payments and charges still ahy payment options you no more your bill. Reinstall charges. I charge reinstallation charges with charges before the due date and I have to pay .. stupid currents are pickpockets, .nothing of professionals or customer support or anything .. are rubbish !!! I put 1 star because I can not put zero. Save time and money on other insurance.

It’s unfortunate that this company is still in business. I was in an accident over 3 weeks ago and my claim rep has not contacted me once about my claim! instead, I have contacted them repeatedly and have gotten the run around. My car is not operable right now and she even said "I’m sorry, I had family emergencies" So that means my claim was put on hold for that reason?! The worst company I have ever dealt with!! They can’t even tell me who was determined at fault! DONT use this company!

This insurance company is just as bad as Western General, they are in bed together to scam people. to who is reading this, just go to the California Insurance commisioners website and write a complaint and spread the word to everybody you know about these two awful, awful, insurance companies Us consumers can fight these big bad corporation, ONLY IF WE STICK TOGETHER, ans use social media to tell everyone Thanks

I diidnt like anything about this place my wife and i were in a accident and they wouldnt send an adjuster out until the case was looked at pending investigation as was who was at fault.well isnt that the reason for the adjuster too come out to see who was at fault?
