First in line at 10 AM. The car was brought in right away to determine that the right rear wheel bearing and hub assembly would have to be replaced. Told at 11 AM that it would take about 2-3 hrs for the replacement. 3 PM comes and the car is still untouched. I then had to ask the staff instead of being told what the problem was. Come to find out that the wrong part was ordered. I have now been here for 5 hrs. I was the first one through the door and will be the last. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

Generally don’t do reviews, unless it is really awesome or awful and this one was really awful!!! Poor communication and customer service skills, unfriendly staff. They committed same day return but it took the 4 days to get it done with zero communication. I spent over $50 on cabs going back and forth. Also they did not even fixed the things they were supposed to fix. And all this for a Plus member, so getting it downgraded or stopping my business.

Hometown Driving School

They lied about $15.95 oil change Once you are in they will ask you for additional services, tires change, wiper blades change, air filter change and so on. On top of oil change they will charge you for the labor, old filter recycle fee, new filter charge. You will see all the drama... I will never go back there again, they DO NOT deserve any start Finally we paid $26.67 for $15.95 oil change offer. Bad place

Arlene Herman hooked me up with a TripTik in a timely fashion on Saturday, which was impressive considering they were busy and it was their grand opening....Hooray for Arlene! Boo for Kate! When I went to go pick up my TripTik today, she made me feel considerably unwelcome, and was decidedly surly and disinterested in taking care of me in a timely fashion. Avoid her at all costs if you can!

Staff was very pompous and too proud to raven pay attention to you... kept waiting and then finally gave up after 5 minutes and I left. Will drive up to Walmart instead, who are in the same parking lot!
