I just spoke with Betsy. She was very rude and refused to let me speak with the store owner. I could tell she had an attitude when she answered the phone and it made my experience very negative. I hope no one else has to speak with her because she was very intimidating and clearly did not handle my call with professionalism or quality customer service. I have never been spoken to in this way before when speaking to a Geico rep and I hope this was just one bad apple in the bunch over at this office. Very disappointed. Thankfully the store owner did call me back and he was very kind.
Called and asked for Jeff (mgr), unavailable, left message. Called back, unavailable, told to send e-mail. Sent e-mail, no response. Called back, left another message, told he would call me - never did. Called again, now he is on vacation. It appears that he is not interested in responding to a 10 year customer. Am considering changing auto insurance companies!!!!!
i would like to give zero stars but its not possible,rude , arrogant, complete lack of professionalism,unwillingess to help current Geico customer,very unplesant experience dealing with this person
Geico Insurance is worse for beginners. They were charging me premium of 1300$, while progressive offered 800$ with equivalent coverage . Progressive rocks.
Unprofessional service. They are sent the quote, call me several times. When I came final price was higher on $50+ per month. Liers.
They answer my questions, good rate on car insurance, and they have professional personnel . I like Geico
