A nice friendly welcome greets you as you enter the store... not a hard sales push, just welcome. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have had repairs done on multiple pieces and they came back to me in better than new condition. We have bought a present for our daughter in law with great success. We love Kiefer Jewelers!
